Most children growing up in poverty feel the pain and stigma attached to not having the right uniform, school bag or shoes. This contributes to the isolation disadvantaged children feel and can result in them leaving school too soon.
The Smith Family understand that the key to breaking the cycle of poverty is education. Sponsoring a disadvantaged child will provide the learning help they need as well as the school supplies and uniforms to help them fit in. In doing so, a child can gain the confidence and skills to get them on the path to education.
